Materially, the reference point in Italy in the search for innovative and sustainable materials, brings innovation and inspiration at Packaging Première & PCD Milan 2024.
This exciting partnership will offer visitors and exhibitors a chance to discover some of the most innovative and sustainable materials that will provide inspiration for their next packaging projects.
In fact, Materially is building a Materials Library in a dedicated area of the hall: an exclusive selection of innovative and sustainable materials.
The materials library will be open to all visitors and exhibitors and will be located near the Avant-Garde area – where the most innovative packaging projects and materials for packaging of the year are exhibited.
Visitors and exhibitors of Packaging Première & PCD Milan 2024 will be able to visit Materially’s materials library during the event, from 21 to 23 May 2024 at Hall 3 of Allianz MiCo, Milan.
Materially
For more than two decades Materially has been the reference point in Italy in the search for innovative and sustainable materials for the manufacturing industry and for every design-driven application. Materially starts from the idea that the material is the element around which a product must be built together with sustainable strategies involving design, R&D, production, marketing and CSR.
Materially was established in January 2020, inheriting the skills and knowledge content of Material ConneXion Italia, a licensee of Material ConneXion Inc., present in Milan since 2002. Headquartered in New York, since 1997 Material ConneXion (MCX) has pioneered the creation of a physical materials library and a database entirely dedicated to materials. Today Materially is an independent consultancy company, a point of reference in Italy and internationally for the search of material solutions in every area of design application. Strengthened by a design-driven approach, it combines the needs of the manufacturing world, the demands of sustainability and circularity and the doing-well, doing-beautifully and doing-creatively aspects of Italian culture. Over the years, the partnership with MCX has proceeded and Materially still hosts one of the most interesting material libraries in the world focused on innovation and sustainability, kept constantly updated through a widespread global scouting action.
Materially also helps companies aiming to make their production circular and want to evaluate the role of materials in this process; organizations or individual professionals in need of updates and training on trends and innovations in the materials world; and consortia of funded projects seeking partners rooted in the production world but with eyes and minds focused on research.
