Arti Grafiche Nidasio presents Lo Stampato Intelligente®: the packaging that tells its own story.

A high-tech package that invites you to bring your smartphone closer (without App, without QRcode) to live a unique and engaging experience: thanks to NFC technology (the same as a contactless credit card), by touching the card in different points, the smartphone receives different multimedia contents (contents that can be modified over time, even after distribution, and which allow the collection of data and usage statistics).
Our solution is named Lo Stampato Intelligente® (international patent) and we apply it to all printed matter from catalogs to business cards, from calendars to packaging. In this case, in addition to surprising, we have three concrete objectives:
1) Involve the customer providing more information BEFORE the purchase:
a. An Augmented Reality video that appears always and only when the specific product or logo is framed (therefore different videos for each product / packaging): it anticipates the content and allows you to collect the data of the customer
b. Chatbot to automatically answer the most frequently asked questions and switch to a human operator only if necessary
c. Maps to reach the showroom with just one click
d. Website or e-commerce, but there are many other opportunities (video, registration / contact form, gamification, …)
2) Ensure the integrity of the package: our “guarantee seal” certifies that the package has never been opened before and remembers when it was first opened
3) 3) Anti-counterfeiting in defense of Made in Italy: certificates of authenticity with One Time Password security transparent to the user that guarantee security equal to that of banking transactions and can combine access to a reserved area and additional multimedia content.
