DEA, the first airless system where the product is in direct contact with the glass, is Baralan’s project selected for the Avant-Garde.

Combining quality through functionality and sustainability, the new DEA line is the first airless system in which the product is directly in contact with the glass.

DEA – “Developing the Evolution of Airless” – is a new product line consisting of glass airless containers designed for different applications. Unlike other airless systems, DEA does not have an internal plastic container, making it the first airless system in which the contained product is directly in contact with its glass container. With an even more sustainable solution, the DEA line represents the new philosophy of primary glass packaging, using fewer components, reducing the quantity of materials, giving life to a lighter and more functional packaging with greater impact for brands, offering a new level experience for the user. In addition, its airless nature helps to better preserve the integrity of the product and ingredients, it is suitable for various uses and extremely versatile in application. DEA features high quality glass packaging for added aesthetic appeal. Additionally, glass is known to be more readily compatible with formulas. The DEA line is available in two versions: classic and premium, both with the possibility of glass containers with disposable or refillable solution.

A unique concept, where the refillable version allows you to easily replace the glass container to facilitate the reusability of the components. The possibility of also separating the components in a quick and practical way offers new opportunities to favor the life cycle of the product, embracing sustainability with a greater ecological sensitivity of packaging.
