Please make sure that your booth builders are aware of these hours and plan their work activities accordingly.
No individual under the age of 16 is allowed to enter the pavilion during the setup and teardown period and during the event.
Here are some practical tips on how to make your participation more sustainable
The removal of goods and dismantling of stands can begin only half an hour after the fair’s closing. Please do not remove products or dismantle the booth before 5:30 PM on Thursday, May 15.
Please remove personal effects or valuable items from rented furniture and stands to prevent them from getting lost or damaged during teardown.
All products must be removed from pre-built stands by 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 15.
Please, clear the exhibition space by the specified time is the responsibility of the exhibitors.
If you require on-site forklift service, you will need to book it in advance.
Contact Expotrans:
Common storage areas will be provided for free use by exhibitors who need them. It is strongly recommended not to leave valuable merchandise in these common, unattended areas.
Exhibitors who wish to reserve a private storage area can contact the organizers for a quote.

From any of the ring roads circling Milan follow the signs to Fieramilanocity, or to any of the large Park & Ride car parks located close to Metro stops.
By Plane
Milano Linate Airport
Tke bus line 73, until Via Gonzaga/Piazza Diaz. Walk to metro stop DUOMO. Take metro line M1, direction Rho Fiera, stop at AMENDOLA. Walk 700m to Fieramilanocity, Gate 4.
Milano Malpensa Airport
Malpensa Express train (leaving every 30’ from both terminals) all the way to the terminal Stazione Cadorna. Here, continue on metro line M1 (red), direction Rho Fiera, stop AMENDOLA. Fieramilanocity – gate 4 is 700 m walking distance.

Line 1 bus Orio Shuttle (leaving every 50’) all the way to the terminal Stazione Centrale. Take metro line M2 (green), direction Assago/Abbiategrasso, stop GARIBALDI. Proceed on metro line M5 (liliac), direction San Siro stadio, stop PORTELLO.
