High quality recycled tape made from used plastic bottles
We collect these bottles from various collection sites, then they are crushed
into flakes and subjected to a second washing process.
The flake is then melted into liquid form and extruded under high pressure
to become a recycled yarn.
This process reduces the impact on the environment.
Our goal is to recycle 90% of the water used in our manufacturing process.
We use less energy and produce less greenhouse gases by producing
100% recycled PET yarn
This year we plan to keep 56 million bottles out of landfills and our seas.
• The non-toxic solvent that is used to transform the tencel fibre
into fabric is 99.5% recovered
• Like cotton, Tencel is soft and smooth, and holds up well after handling.
