Silicone rubber tools can be prepared flat or shaped on aluminium base. This is why they are particularly appropriate for printing on bottles, flasks and tins, and they can be used on a wide range of surfaces.
The silicone rubber can range from 50 to 90 shore; the thickness of the die depends on the customer’s needs.
We can also prepare special silicon rubber plates on different aluminium bases for cold foil printing, dedicated to flatbed and semi-rotary presses. These kinds of dies allow to transfer the foil after the screen printing.
