As an Agitator and Serial Entrepreneur, Charles Znaty already had several lives and nothing interests him more than being at the avant-garde of palace revolutions. Artisan of the international success of the famous French brand Pierre Hermé, Charles Znaty brought pastry out of the shadows to make it a luxury product. With him, pastry chefs have become celebrities equal to cooks and many of them are grateful to him. After having largely contributed to making Japan and Japanese pop culture popular, he decided to commit to Brazil, the green lung of the planet and a melting pot of biodiversity.
Passionate about the idea of “food to impact”, he is seduced by the project Dengo which embodies the future: sustainable and responsible businesses in a field that he loves, gourmet food. From now on, he is orchestrating the internationalization of the Dengo brand, the initiative of which belongs to the Brazilian group Natura, a committed activist for sustainable development and CSR since 1969.
