LV Lovers: Inside Pharrell Williams’ first fragrance for Louis Vuitton
For LV Lovers, a new men’s fragrance from luxury brand Louis Vuitton, house perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud sought to translate the notion of photosynthesis to scent. The eau de parfum comes in an iridescent flacon produced by glassmaker Pochet du Courval.
Men’s scent LV Lovers is Louis Vuitton’s (LVMH) very first fragrance created with Pharrell Williams, the French brand’s men’s Creative Director. The eau de parfum blends ginger, galbanum, cedarwood and sandalwood. It was composed by house perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud who was inspired by light play seen in Williams’ first runway show for the brand, in 2023.
