Recuperiamo Srl is a Benefit Company founded in 2016 by Marco Raspati and Paolo Rellini. Recuperiamo offers concrete solutions for businesses, institutions, and non-profit organizations to prevent and reduce waste, generating a positive impact on territories, the environment, and communities.

Over time, Recuperiamo SB has introduced a series of important innovations in the field of waste management and sustainability, creating a unique model capable of optimizing the donation and recovery of food and non-food products at risk of waste. This model allows for the measurement of the social, environmental, and economic impacts generated.

Impatto Positivo is the brand launched in 2022 by Recuperiamo SB in the field of sustainability.

An innovative model that measures and certifies the social and environmental impact generated in the territory through the recovery of products at risk of waste. The Positive Impact is expressed in terms of food distributed to the most vulnerable people and the reduction of CO2 emitted into the environment (as well as water and soil saved through product recovery) and is attested through Impact Tokens. The circular ecosystem underlying Regusto can use the platform for free and is fueled by Impact Tokens.

All companies that join the Impatto Positivo project by purchasing Impact Tokens are included in the public blockchain registry impatto-positivo.it, which highlights the environmental and social impact that each company contributes to fuel. The registry is updated in real time and is accessible to everyone. The certified environmental and social impact data can be included by the company in its sustainability report.

An Impact Token is composed of:

• 2 distributed meals (1 equivalent meal = 0.5 kg of food products),
• 1 kg of avoided CO2,
• 2 m3 of water,
• 3 m2 of saved soil due to the avoided waste and production of donated/recovered/distributed products.
