Packaging Première announces new dates for its fourth edition: 15-17 September 2020

Packaging Première, the selective exhibition dedicated to luxury packaging, today announces that the fourth edition will be held from 15 to 17 September 2020 at Fieramilanocity, Pavilion 4.

In light of the international outbreak and spread of COVID-19, the 2019 Coronavirus, and the classification to global pandemic status, Packaging Première organiser Easyfairs Italia has been continuing to closely follow and monitor the evolution of the situation, specifically taking into account all advice and recommendations from the World Health Organisation as well as all from local health organisations and governments. Given the unforeseeable, unavoidable, unprecedented and global scope of the Coronavirus, and the potential for amplification and spread of infectious diseases during events and possible serious resulting public health consequences, the organisation of such events is affected.
The main priority of Easyfairs Italia in its continuous and careful assessment of the situation is the well-being, health and safety of its employees, visitors and exhibitors, as well as all stakeholders involved in its activities.
As such, we have been forced to postpone the 2020 edition of Packaging Première to September in order to support the institutions and authorities and to guarantee the safest conditions to exhibitors, visitors and staff.
Pier Paolo Ponchia, organizer of Packaging Première, declares: “The overall global community is facing a very challenging and critical moment and after following and monitoring the situation, we decided to prudently protect the health of our exhibitors and visitors, driving us to consider alternative dates. With this choice, we intend to participate in the collective effort, taking the necessary measures to enable the best possible containment of the virus. We will keep on working hard on the fourth edition, to meet all the expectations of our audience and to make the event successful for everyone.” We look forward to welcoming the luxury packaging community to the fourth edition of Packaging Première this September for an exceptional event delivering the highest quality content, from seminars to avant-garde projects, from art to education, as well as opportunities to drive new business.
