Caffè Borbone is partner of Packaging Première 2022.

Packaging Première 2022 is a leading exhibition dedicated to luxury packaging that will be held from 24 to 26 May 2022 at Pavilion 4 of Fieramilanocity. Caffè Borbone certainly could not miss it, as the Neapolitan company is well-known for the attention it pays to the recyclability of packaging and the reuse of raw materials, in order to create products that are always respectful of the environment.

It is no coincidence that Caffè Borbone boasts of being the first to put the compostable pod on the market, a pod that can be disposed of in the wet waste and suitable for use in the production of compost, therefore nutritional material for plants and soils. Then, it launches the 100% Amica della Natura pod with recyclable wrapping in paper collection, the result of the constant dedication to the environment of the company’s “research and development” department in collaboration with Seda International Packaging Group, a company dedicated to design of innovative and sustainable packaging thanks to increasingly advanced technologies.

The 100% nature-friendly pod is a product of certified quality, in fact, the Italian Composting Consortium (CIC) certifies the paper filter, which makes the pod disposable in the wet waste and therefore compostable, Aticelca – the association of Italian paper technicians – ensures the recyclability of the envelope. Finally, the bag and the carton are FSC® certified – responsible forest management brand.

Caffè Borbone packaging could not escape the Avant-Garde jury, which during the fair will exhibit a dedicated area for deserving packaging, fully satisfying the required requirements: innovative features that break the mold and go beyond the trends established in the product sector, and therefore stand out with respect to the trend of the sector on the issues of environmental compatibility and eco-sustainability.

Not surprisingly, the claim: “Make the right choice for a better world”, with which Caffè Borbone invites each of us to behave responsibly. It will be possible to taste a good coffee, now, even more lightly, knowing that you are doing your part in not damaging the surrounding environment.
